When you feel stuck

Throughout life it is normal to go through moments in which we feel blocked, overwhelmed or simply lost. Sometimes we have the feeling that we keep repeating the same mistakes, that we are not moving forward, or that we are not sure how to relate to ourselves or to others.

In those moments we usually turn to people we trust: friends, a partner, family… Sharing what is happening with them gives us relief, makes us feel accompanied and understood. They know us, care for us and want the best for us, and that is something very valuable.

Therapy 1

When close support is not enough

However, in certain cases it may not be possible to turn to someone close, either because of the nature of the problem, the absence of people to talk to, or because we somehow feel that this support is insufficient.

Everyone around us has their own story, their experiences and their limits. Their perspective, however important and well-meaning, does not always cover every nuance of what we are going through, and that can leave us with the feeling that something remains unresolved or not fully understood.

Therapy 2

What therapy can offer you

In this context, therapy can make a significant difference. It provides a more comprehensive perspective and a safe space to explore your emotions, thoughts and challenges without judgement. It is not about replacing the support of your loved ones, but about complementing it, allowing you to go deeper and work more consciously on what you feel.

In this therapeutic space, the aim is to help you to:

  • Understand your emotions better and how they show up in your daily life.
  • Recognise patterns that repeat in your relationships or decisions.
  • Explore the origin of certain blocks, fears or inner conflicts.
  • Connect with resources and abilities that are already in you, even if you cannot see them clearly right now.
  • Find new ways of relating to yourself and to others.

Seeking therapeutic support does not mean you cannot manage on your own, nor that you are weak. It means you recognise that there is something important that deserves your attention and care. It is a gesture of responsibility and respect towards yourself.
